We woke up at 6.45 and went downstairs for breakfast at 7.45. We had time to pack from when we woke up to breakfast. We all quickly packed our suitcases and took them to the baggage room. We went on the Métro to get to the Eiffel Tower - it was a long ride but it was worth it! We passed the sellers who were involved with the police - we should have got a reward for being such good citizens. Then we cruised on a boat on the River Seine where saw the sights of Paris - Notre Dame, Alexander III Bridge and much, much more. After we exited the boat cruise we went for a leisurely lunch in a nice restaurant. Jonny clumsily went into the ladies' toilet. We went back on the Métro, we collected our bags, played a bit of football and then went on the coach to Gare du Nord where we took the Eurostar to Ebbsfleet International to go home. What a day and what a trip!

Day 4: Scary day
We walked through the park and stopped to have a sandwich at a lovely café and someone stole Callum's chair. We left the café and found a piece of grass to play on - there was a very angry man who chased us!
We left and got the RER and Mr Dean nearly got stuck on it because the door closed on him. We had a rehearsal at La Trinité Church. We started off by singing Missa Brevis in the Mass and there was someone in the audience who knew all the words. After that we had a concert with most of our songs.
We went got the Metro to Flunch for dinner and then we came back to the accommodation and got a lecture about how to pack our bags.

Day 3: The best of Paris
After another early start we had our normal breakfast and headed off to the tram station and got the tram to Vincennes. Then we got the Métro to Concorde (Rory thinks it was 7 stops). Place de la Concorde was a big open space with a big needle in the middle given to the French by the Egyptians. We walked through the park and stopped off for a quick French lesson with Mr Dean (Zzzzzzz). We had drink break at a cafe and saw Thomas's parents and sister. We walked up to the Louvre and saw the glass pyramids where loads of French people tried to sell us dodgy things. After an exhausting walk to Saint-Sulpice church we did our rehearsal and then did a small concert in front of the parents and some other French people. We went to a café and had lunch. After lunch we got the Metro to Les Halles for our second performance at Saint-Eustache. There was a nice organ and we sang in the service to loads of people. We walked round the church and saw the organ console - it had 5 keyboards (6 including the pedalboard). Then we walked to Flunch for dinner where had the best meal we have had in France. Then we took the Metro back to our accommodation.

Day 2: Disneyland
After an early start we had a long train journey ahead of us. We walked to the Metro station and boarded the first train. We then changed at Nation to board a double-decker train which would take us all the way to Disneyland. We separated off into our groups and went off and enjoyed our morning on various thrills and spills. We then had to go and buy our own lunch, most of us had hot dogs. Then we went to the other wing of the park and we watched a Cinemagique film about Disney. We separated off again and enjoyed another set of rides - some of us even had the nerve to go on the Tower of Terror and the Rock and Roller-coaster. Joshua enjoyed his toffee apples and Findlay chewed a piece of chewing-gum all day. We were all disappointed when we had to meet back at the meeting point. We then took the same route back to the accommodation. Overall a fantastic day!

Day 1 Journey to Paris
We arrived at school at 7.15am for an arrival at Ebbsfleet at 8.30 by coach. We were due to board the Eurostar at 9.35. On the Eurostar there was a café and doors that trapped us. Max's business skills managed to get him two refunds worth €7.40. After a two hour journey we arrived at Gare du Nord, Paris. We had schizophrenic weather. We went straight to the accommodation where we dropped off our luggage. We got the Métro with loads of stops but eventually we arrived at the 360 Panorama at Montparnasse Tower which was 210 metres high. There were 59 floors and one of the fastest lifts in Europe. We saw the Eiffel Tower and an astonishing view of Paris. We saw the big skyscrapers at La Defense which were really cool. We got squished on the way back because it was so busy at rush hour and we saw a Goth. We walked back to the accommodation and had dinner. We watched a game of soccer outside our window and then went upstairs to bed.
